Breathe

All illnesses come from improper breathing, poor nutrition and poor immune system, if you breathe properly, eat properly there will be no sickness, and you will be healthy and look young and beautiful.
Breathing must be don in a calm, smooth, with a stable rhythm.
While doing these exercises your mind should be concentrated on your diaphragm.
Often palpitations, shortness of breath and some chest diseases are due to displacement of the diaphragm from its natural position. If it is raised higher than its natural place the heart and lungs do not work properly. When a person takes a deep breath the full lungs push the diaphragm and it takes its appointed place. Thus deep breathing can help us help keep out diaphragm where it is supposed to be.

Exercises:

1.      Let's start with breathing in and holding our breath for two or three seconds every day and gradually increase this time until it reaches 30 seconds.
2.      Next - racing the wall, put your right hand on your diaphragm (the place under your chest and above your stomach) to feel the rhythm. With your left hand close your right nostril by pressing on the side and slowly breathe in counting 7 seconds, the close both nostrils and hold your breath for another 7 seconds, then leave only your left nostril closed and exhale through your right nostril while  counting out 9 seconds. After that repeat in reverse order, inhaling from the right nostril. This is considered one cycle. To get the result you have to get over 9 cycles but it is difficult to achieve, so if after the first cycle your heart starts beating too fast, stop and try increasing the number of cycles only when you feel comfortable doing it.
